Kaiser was available in two trim models for 1947, Special and Custom.

1947 Kaiser Custom

Of the 70,474 Kaisers built for 1947, 5,412 were Custom models. The Custom carried a badge on the front fender, while the special did not. One of the reasons for price premium on this upscale model was the plush, color keyed interior. The Kaiser Custom is an expensive restoration project today, if you want to keep it original.
